When Filipinos can overcome in a greed and corrupt Government? that's what i've ask myself during a controversial issue the Philippine Government is facing today. Its the ZTE-NBN Contract Deal with China. And the Arroyo Administration is the one involved in this issue. Wherein, Philippine First Gentleman Miguel Arroyo is the "ace of the deck"(the one whose really behind). I may say, "The Black Sheep" in our country.
