Ahhhhhhhh,The  moderator...that gentle hand of reason that keeps you

between the lines.

I would love to work as a moderator....not only does it sound interesting but it is right down my alley as far as experience goes.

My background in the mortgage industry has made me more detail oriented than most.I have been a mother and grandmother for the last 40 years,an english major,a published poet in both the US and the UK....plus....I love the written word.

I am easy going,kind,considerate and can get along with almost anyone....yet....I can be assertive and authoritative if necessary.

This would be a great opportunity for both me and an employer since I would enjoy the job and it has been proven that people who like their jobs are happier employees and thus are better employees.

Think about it !

Though, I want to make it clear that this is not a paid job; however, moderators will not have a mandatory work flow; they will simply have the power to modify content if necessary and they choose to do so.
