With reading a lot of self-help books, I have discovered procrastination is our biggest fear of success. Overcoming it and becoming more decisive in our thoughts and actions will not only boost our confidence, but it will bring us closer to achieving our goals. Here are 6 steps that you can use
Step 1:
Psychological studies have time and time again shown us that there is a direct correlation between focus and flow to success. It has been scientifically proven that when you understand exactly what needs to be done and you have consciously acknowledged the payoffs of achieving our goals sooner rather then later, we will be able to focus the complete attention we bring to living our life well.
Step 2:
Another essential concept in living a life free of procrastination is letting go of our self-consciousness. Is someone watching us for the first time, doing some task? Don't assume they are thinking negative thoughts about us. In fact, when making a positive change in our life it shows. If we exude confidence about what we are doing, others will pick up on it and respond well.
Step 3:
Here are five ways to stop putting off Success: 1.Set your own performance goals. Remember that change takes time, go easy on yourself and learn to reset the parameters for success every time you try. If you set your sights too high, you may procrastinate to pursue more immediate payoffs.
Step 4:
2. Reward yourself. Just like a kid embracing getting the grades that would get him into the school he wanted, you too must reward your hard work and your commitment to your goals. Everything you do must be done for your own sake, first and foremost.
Step 5:
3. Stop being afraid and get out there and make the rest of your life something spectacular. Start living the life of your dreams today. Don't put off your own happiness for another minute. 4. Stop thinking your future is out of your control. When working to achieve our goals, sometimes the unexpected will happen. As a person who approaches challenges with passionate and scientific approach, however your belief in yourself will give you a strong foundation in successful problem solving.

Step 6:
5. Don't let the negative attitudes of society hold you back. If you live your life based on other people's expectations you'll never get what you want. Here is a add point, we need to neutralize the negativity in our lives SPIRITUALITY: INTENT: ACTIONS: EMOTIONS: COMMUNICATION: THOUGHTS: Individually, these ideas will get us moving in the right direction. Together, they will keep us headed squarely on the right path to a new life that is fulfilling, challenging and custom made for us...
With you continually working with these step, will see a great improvement in getting things done.. I personally used this to be more productive on my job.
