China Grill Buffet in Phillipsburg, NJ

I went to visit my friend in Phillipsburg, NJ with my friend and boyfriend. We were all hungry so we decided to go to China Grill Buffet in Phillipsburg, NJ. We got to the resturaunt and the lady just tells us to follow her and tries to sit us toward the front of the restaurant. We asked her if she can sit us toward the back of the restaurant. She gave us an attitude. She then asked us all what we wanted to drink 3 of us wanted cokes and my one friend wanted an iced tea. My boyfriend asked the waitress if we can have a pitcher of soda. The waitress never brought us our pitcher of soda she just brought us 3 cups of soda and 1 cup of iced tea.

After we ordered our drinks we all went up to the buffet stations to get our food. The food there was horrible none of the food was hot. When I was there with my friends and my boyfriend all of us noticed that the employees never took the food toward the back to either throw it out or reheat it. The other thing that my friends and I noticed that the China Grill Buffet doesn’t list the ingredients in there food and that concerns me because my concern is for those customers that allergies to certain foods or for those people that can’t eat things for health related reasons.

A little after 3 pm they brought out crab legs when they brought out the snow crab legs the restaurant didn't have any tongs there and everyone was grabbing the snow crab legs with there hands. I also noticed they had the crab legs in very little amount of water and the water wasn’t hot. I mean really people shouldn’t have to grab the crab legs with their hands. I did notice after an hour or two that they finally put tongs by the crab legs.

We finally got the check and we realized that we got over charged so we brought it to one of the employee’s attention and the employee told us there was sign on crab legs were for dinner only customers. My friend walked over to the crab legs after we got the check and saw the sign, but when my friends and I went up to get a plate of crab legs there was no sign that said dinner only. I got food posioning from the food at this resturant.
