- 5 pounds of chicken wings
- 1/5 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of cornstarch
- 1/5 cup of sugar or cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves of garlic (optional)
- oil for deep frying
- 1 teaspoon of dry red pepper flakes (optional)
-
Wash drain chicken wings. Cut the wings apart from the legs. Place legs
immediately in a freezer zip lock bag and place in the freezer. Use
only the wings.
-
In large bowl mix all ingredients together including chicken wings.
Marinate in the refrigerator overnight for best taste. Bring the
chicken wings out of the refrigerator and mix well.
-
In a large pan use a medium to high heat. Chicken wings should be deep
fried for a least 9-11 minutes depending on your stove top. Make sure
the inside of the chicken is cooked even though the outside is golden
brown in color. Enjoy!!
