Delicious Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Melt. Follow these easy steps: Serves 6-11
- 1 Loaf of bread (any) cut into bite size pieces
- ½ cup of butter melted
- 7 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups of sour cream
- 3 cups of Monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup of red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup of green onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon of dried cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons parley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 can (4 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz) black olives, chopped

Place all ingredients into a bowl except for bread, Monterey jack
cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Place mixed ingredients into a heat-tempered pan. Spread Monterey jack
cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top mixture before placing the
heat-tempered pan into oven.

Bake uncovered at 250 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve while warm. Enjoy!!
