Delicious Creamy Cheesy Artichoke Melt. Follow these easy steps: Serves 6-11
  • 1 Loaf of bread (any) cut into bite size pieces
  • ½ cup of butter melted
  • 7 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups of sour cream
  • 3 cups of Monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of dried cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parley
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 can (4 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz) black olives, chopped
  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl except for bread, Monterey jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Place mixed ingredients into a heat-tempered pan. Spread Monterey jack cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top mixture before placing the heat-tempered pan into oven.
  3. Bake uncovered at 250 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve while warm. Enjoy!!
