Are you ready for a fast and easy Microwaveable Carmel Apple Dip. Here are some very simple and easy to follow steps: Serves 9 to 13
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • 1/2 margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package of (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bag of apples (any but prefer Granny Smith apples), cut into slices
  1. Place brown sugar, cane sugar, and margarine in microwave dish.
  2. Cook on high for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave setting.
  3. Then add cream cheese and vanilla. Mix well. Use cut apples for dipping into Carmel sauce. Place the already dipped apples on wax paper and refrigerate. Let stand until cool. Enjoy!!
