Delicious Asian marinade that keeps you carving for more. Here are some simple easy to follow steps: Serves 5
  • 16 chicken wings
  • 1/4 of cane sugar
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon of red or white onions
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black ground pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of dry chili pepper (optional)
  • 2 sprigs of lemon grass, finely chopped
  1. Wash chicken wings and drain access water. In a bowl mix together all seasoning ingredients. Place chicken wings with mixed seasoning ingredients in a small container. Mix well. Place cover on top of container. Put in refrigerator and let the chicken wings marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Boiled in low heat-temper pan. Line each chicken wings side-by-side on tin foil. Every 5-10 minutes try to flip the chicken wings so that it does not burn. Ready in 30-40 minutes (keep your eyes peeled, some ovens project heat more than others). Enjoy!!
