How to make easy Asian Rib marinade |

Delicious Asian Rib marinade that keeps you carving for more. Here are some simple easy to follow steps: Serves 6
- 5-7 lbs of short ribs
- 1/4 tablespoon of cane
sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon of hosin sauce
- 1 teaspoon of dry chili pepper (optional)
- 2 sprigs of lemon grass, finely chopped

Place ribs in a big bowl mix together all seasoning ingredients. Mix
well. Put in refrigerator and let the ribs marinate for 2 hours or over
night

Remove from refrigerator and mix well.

Can be cooked over BBQ grill or in oven (Boiled in low heat-temper pan,
line each chicken wings side-by-side on tin foil). Every 5-10 minutes
try to flip the ribs so that it does not burn. Ready in 30-40 minutes
(keep your eyes peeled, some BBQ grills and ovens project heat more
than others). Enjoy!!
