Wendy's Chicken Breast Meat Recipe |

This is my own creation
Ingredients
400gm Chicken Breast ( this can be adjustable according to how much you want to eat)
4 -6 strips Back Bacon Strips ( this also varies on the size of each piece of breast meat)
5-6 Mushroom
2-3 leaves of lettuce
1 cup oyster sauce
Pinch of salt and sugar
some black pepper
some fresh rosemary and thyme leaves
Olive Oil
Preparations
Slightly rinse the chicken breast meat with some salt ( this will get rid of unwanted odour on the chicken).
Rub the chicken breast meat with 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce. Then wrap
the bacon strips around the chicken breast meat. ( use a toothpick to
secure the bacon and the breast meat.Then sprinkle some black pepper on
it.
Chopped the mushroom but not too fine just into small bits.
Cooking Directions
Place the prepared chicken breast meat onto a oven pan and place the
rosemary and thyme leaves on top of the breast meat. Pour olive oil
over and let it grilled for 10 minutes or till its cooked. ( Oven
Temperature 180 - 200 degree C)
Take a cooking pan, pour in the oyster sauce and add 1 cup of water
then throw in the chopped mushrooms and let it simmer for 3 minutes. (
if you like more sauce just increase the amount of oyster sauce and
water to your taste). Add in sugar and salt for taste.
(Note: This sauce will taste even better if you add in some white white or Chinese cooking wine
Serving Directions
Place a piece of the chicken breast meat on to a plate and pour the
sauce on the chicken.Serve with lettuce on the side or other salad as
you desire.
