A lot of you have probably heard of Kevin Trudeau. He wrote all those books exposing the government, letting everyone know what's really going on, remember? If you haven't heard of him, then you really need to check him out. Go to www.naturalcures.com. This dude has changed lives all across America.

He explains in his book 'Natural Cures Revealed' that the knowledge that he possesses should not be kept from the American public, and that everyone should be allowed to know and read about the contents of his books freely at no cost to them. So if you're wanting to loose weight, can't afford to buy the books, and just happen to stumble upon this artice I'm writing, then you are in luck. I will tell you exactly how to loose weight and you will thank me and Kevin Trudeau for it. Here we go.

The first thing that you want to do is get your hands on his books, seriously, I'm not kidding. He breaks it down in simple terms, because literally everything that he's trying to explain is very complicated. I'll try the best I can to tell you how to do this.

1. Drink a glass of distilled water every day as soon as you wake up, before you do ANYTHING else. This hydrates your body and helps you to digest, burn fat, and stay healthy. NO TAP WATER!!

2. Make and eat a big healthy breakfast every morning. Keyword: "healthy". That doesn't mean eat five huge bowls of Honey Bunches of Oats, that means eat something that is real, not processed in a plant, packed with preservatives and artificial sweeteners, boxed, shipped, stored, and sold in a supermarket. Go to a health food store or a farmer's market, and when I say health food store I'm not talking about Whole Grains or whatever it's called. Don't go to the big business health food stores, because most of the shit they sell in there isn't even healthy for you, and probably is bad for you. You'll know when you go to the right one, because the produce will look organic. The produce you see in supermarkets doesn't look the same. Everything is too perfect. Banana's are way bigger than they should be and are almost neon colored. Apples are way too shiny to be just picked. Salad should never be sold in a bag. Organic foods are food that hasn't been tampered with (which is extremely hard to find, but since it's almost impossible, we have to settle for the next best thing which is our new-age term "organic"). Eat healthy fruits and vegetables, maybe some wild caught salmon, or some organic chicken eggs. Whatever it is, make sure that it hasn't been boxed, processed, packed with preservatives or artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors, and make sure that whatever it is that you're eating looks the way that it's supposed to look.

3. Drink 8 glasses of distilled water a day. I don't care if you have an office job and can't go pee when you need to. Give your self a break!!! Most Americans are always dehydrated. A lot of times when you think you're hungry, you might just be really thirsty, so try out some clean distilled water. Not tap water either. Tap water is packed with all kinds of chemicals. And did you hear about the pharmaceutical chemicals being found in tap water?? I know I don't want my family drinking that stuff.

4. Go for a walk whenever you can. Try to make it once a day, and walk for one hour non stop. Look as far off into the distance as you can as you walk. This is proven to reduce stress in people, which in turn can help you lose weight.

5. Don't eat anything after 6:00 PM, go to bed no later than 11:00 PM, and wake up no later than 8:00 AM.

6. Do a colon cleanse. Everyone needs one. Seriously. Look into it, find out about it, research it, please please please. Our colons are seriously packed full of shit that we can't get out without a colon cleanse. I don't want to go into the details. Look it up yourself. If you get a colon cleanse, it will speed up your metabolism so quickly, and you will shed a couple of pounds immediately.

7. Consume 100% organic coconut oil. I guess it has some kind of magical weight loss property... according to Mr. Trudeau.

8. Eat organic grapefruits all day. Yes the grapefruit diet works.

9. NO abosolutely NO artificial sweeteners. They are like poison. Don't eat these. Splenda, Aspartame, maltodextrin, high-fructose corn syrup, any of these names, do not eat. And there are more too.

10. If you can't understand the names of the ingredients, don't eat it. Even if you can understand it, the food companies don't have to list every ingredient that they put in the food we Americans eat.

11. Take digestive enzymes. You can find them at the health food store.

12. No white sugar or white flour at all. Use organic raw sugar and organic wheat flour. White flour turns into sludgy sticky goo when it gets wet, and is extremely hard for our bodies to digest. Wheat flour has fiber and helps our digestive systems. White sugar is bleached crystallized poison pretty much. And they don't have to write on the package what they do it or what it's made out of because it's supposed to be simple sugar. Don't eat it.

13.  Eat organic apples all day. The saying is true.

14. Eat only organic meat that is not aged. Eat only organic poultry, and fish. No pork. Absolutely no Pork. Most people just don't know what's wrong with pork. Please look it up.... you will be shocked.

15. Limit dairy products, and if you do eat dairy products at all, make sure that they are not homogenized or pasteurized.

16. Do a liver and gallbladder cleanse. Go to naturalcures.com to find out how. (and how to do all these things really...)

17. Eat a big huge salad before lunch and dinner.

18. Jump on a trampoline. Remember when we were kids and we could eat anything we wanted and we weren't fat? Well it was because we jumped on that damn trampoline! Trampolines are awesome for losing weight and staying healthy and happy. Surprisingly, they stimulate EVERY cell in the body, and when this happens, every cell in the body works the way it should pretty much.

19. Add hot peppers to your food.

20. Take a couple of teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar before each meal.

21. Breathe deeply. Most people don't do it enough. I know I don't.

22. Quit smoking. No explanation needed there.

23.  Add muscle to your body. Muscle burns fat. Do push ups, sit ups, aerobics, dancing excercises, just be active.

24. Fast for 20 days on ORGANICALLY SQUEEZED juice, juice that you squeeze yourself from a real fruit or vegetable. Don't buy juice in a jug or a bottle, or a can, or anything.

26. Most importantly: Cheat whenever you want. It is better to cheat and be happy than to cheat and feel bad about it. 

27. Reduce or eliminate urge to eat if you are not hungry. This should normally go away if you are already doing most of these things. Cravings for food when you aren't hungry aren't normal, and no other animals do this, except for house animals who are fed food that has been processed and packed with chemicals.

There are so many more things that you can do to help yourself loose weight. I reccommend that everyone should buy Kevin Trudeau's books and read them. I'm not getting paid by him to say this or anything. This is my own thing. I'm taking the time out of my day to write this whole thing up so that I might make a positive difference in the world.
