Learning how to have an orgasm without touching yourself has often been thought of as the holy grail of tantra, an ancient indian tradition and philosohy that employs the art of meditation and spirituality to reach divine enlightenment. Contrary to popular belief tantra is not just a mystical tool for better sex, though early tantric guru's did use sex as a tool to guide them to a more sacred and divine communion on their path toward enlightenment. In learning to orgasm without physical contact, also popularly referred to as an "energy orgasm", the art of meditation is a the key to harnessing and controlling key energies. Here's how to start your own path to sexual enlightenment, no hands allowed.
Lay down on a firm, but comfortable surface. A bed might be best, but you can also try a soft carpet, a sandy beach or even grass. Avoid hard, unforgiving surfaces like wood floors or cold tile. Get comfortable. Having an energy orgasm takes time and patience, so you’ll want to get yourself in a position that you can stay in for an extended period of time. If you prefer to bend your knees, makes sure to keep them relaxed. If you want to lay on your side, make sure you can stay in that position, comfortably, for an extended period of time. Take a few relaxing breaths. This will help you cleanse the body and focus on the way you feel. Empty your mind and actively meditate on releasing the tension in your whole body. Take deep breaths. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth in deliberate and full breaths. Make your breathing completely "circular", meaning that you shouldn’t pause between in and out. Let your breath flow constantly. Inhale and exhale. Rock your pelvis by arching your lower back and inhale deeply. Your tale bone should now be pointing toward the ground. Reverse this movement on your exhale. Flatten your lower back along the surface of the bed (or other surface) and begin squeezing the pubic muscles. The muscles that you use in order to stop the flow of urine are called you kangol muscles and strengthening them will increase control over your orgasm. Inhale. Relax your pubic muscles and breathe out, concentrating on relaxing your muscles and feeling every muscles, bone and joint in your entire body. Exhale. Squeeze your kangol muscles so that you can feel your clitoris being stimulated. It may take some practice to feel anything, but once you do, it will feel like the initial flutter you get when you’re aroused. Slowly repeat your exhaling and inhaling, actively pumping energy throughout your entire body. Inhale and relax, filling your body with oxygen energy and exhale and contract, flattening your back and contracting your vaginal muscles. Be patient, repeating the steps continuously and allowing your mind to wonder through the thoughts it creates, whether they be erotic or purely relaxing. Everyone is different when it comes to sexual arousal, so listen to your body and let it tell you what turns it on. Once you’ve mastered control over your pubic muscles, move the breathing into your stomach. Circulate the energy back and forth, between your pubic muscles and your stomach, feeling the difference in both the muscle contractions and the way it arouses you. The sensations in your stomach will be very different than those in your vagina. Breathe through your orgasm. Once you begin to feel your body kick into a full energy orgasm, you will feel the need to touch yourself. It may be difficult to fight the urge at first, but try. Allow your breathing patterns to change, but do not hold your breath. With time, you’ll learn that by breathing you can increase the depth and length of your orgasm, by simply fighting the urge to finish. Don’t get frustrated. It may or may not happen the first time. It could take a week, a month or even a year to gain full control of your energy orgasm. Even as you develop this sexual skill, however, it will benefit your partner sex as well, so keep with it.
