DVD Review:

The String Cheese Incident

Live at the Fillmore Auditorium – Denver

March 23, 2002

ASIN: B0000DBJA4  This two DVD set which documents an entire String Cheese concert is a must have. The DVD concert is full of great music and great jams. This DVD is not an introduction to the band like their previous DVD “Evolution.” This is a complete concert which showcases the band. This DVD concert contains special quests Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky thunder and Bill Kreutzmann from The Grateful Dead. Ricky Skaggs plays an awesome bluegrass set with Cheese that includes “Nine Pound Hammer”, “Hold Whatcha Got” and “Foggy Mountain Breakdown.” It is great to watch these talent musicians forge their musical styles together for an excellent show.  This is by far one of the best live concert DVD’s available. The String Cheese Incident captures the energy that is in their concerts on this double DVD set. The music and film will make you feel that you are there watching this great band play this historic concert.    The set list:  DVD1:
