Digg (located at the top right of the article), the rest are located at the bottom of the article. You can use any of the buttons to promote articles on the site, but know that you will first need to create an account for the site you are trying to use.

For example, if you want to Digg a story, first go to Digg.com and create an account (free of course). Then you can Digg anything that has a Digg button next to it.
