Ho'oponopono is a fairly new concept in the western world. A few summers ago the world freaked out over the movie "The Secret," by Rhonda Byrnes. Be one of the first people to learn the next step.
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian art that deals with taking 100% responsibility for everything in this world. Basically the world is a projection of what is going on in your mind. I know seems heavy. That means that terrorism, war, cancer, hunger, poverty, and so on are all problems that are inside my mind. That means I need to clean to clear my subconsicous and bring me back to the zero state.
We all started at zero. There were no sexes, races, or colors, there was nothing. From there we were born, and in came memory. Any time you have a problem or an experience, you are reacting to a memory. Whenever we engage in a memory, we are removing ourselves from Zero state, or our connection with God, or the Divine. Our job in this world is to clean, or react. If we are reacting, we are not cleaning. If we are reacting, we are stuck.
To clean, you need to repeat the mantra "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you." You need to repeat this forever, as often as you can remember it. Every time you clean, you are erasing some of those memories. Any time you erase a memory, you are reconnecting with your zero state.
I know this is a lot to grasp in just one article, but ho'oponopono is an ever cleaning and changing experience. Joe Vitale, from the movie the Secret, has written a great book on it called Zero Limits. Or you can check out my blog http://www.hooponoponoworks.blogspot.com, for more details, and even go to a seminar to learn about it.
Thanks and happy cleaning.
