Recently Daisy De La Hoya, who is becoming famous for her role on VH1’s Rock of Love  (Daisy is also the niece of famed boxer Oscar De La Hoya) is facing some public attention over a picture that has surfaced via www.myspace.com.

The picture has Daisy sitting semi-nude, holding a bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey, in front of a table with what is supposedly cocaine (she said it was flour) and bullet shells. Daisy is also giving the finger in the picture.

This picture was obviously staged. It is not as though Daisy was in her living room and this was a surprise shot of her normal living conditions. There is the fake smoke in the background and she is all ‘dolled out in makeup.’  

According to www.buddytv.com Daisy started off with a band called Seraphim Shock as a go-go dancer, she then later became the guitar player. Did we expect anything different from someone that is the bass player for a Hard Rock / Goth band called Seraphim Shock? So what is the big deal? Did we expect Daisy to attend Bible Study on VH1’s TV show with Bret Michaels?

It always humors me that sometimes we get in such a tizzy over a semi-celebrity being naked or acting crazy. Public nudity is nothing that can’t be seen on a beach in Europe or a parade in Brazil.
