By becoming a member of SpeakAboutIt.com, you agree to comply with the following terms of service. SpeakAboutIt.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
1.) Any works submitted to SpeakAboutIt.com are the nonexclusive properties of the original author. The author reserves the right to remove their works at any time, and/or nonexclusively submit their works to other websites.
2.) SpeakAboutIt.com strictly prohibits plagiarism. Any plagiarized works submitted to the site will be removed and may be subject to prosecution.
3.) SpeakAboutIt.com is not responsible for payments of advertising revenue to it’s members. It is the author/member’s responsibility to submit their own unique Google Adsense publisher ID to SpeakAboutIt.com to ensure that they receive revenue from ads displayed around their profile and articles.
4.) SpeakAboutIt.com is not responsible for any content that may be deemed offensive; however, if the SpeakAboutIt.com staff finds any content to be overtly vulgar and offensive, SpeakAboutIt.com reserves the right to remove such content.
5.) SpeakAboutIt.com reserves the right to remove any content from the site at any time for any reason. Similarly, SpeakAboutIt.com reserves the right to suspend or delete any member’s account at any time for any reason.
6.) Any content that may be deemed or classified as pornographic is strictly prohibited from the site. E.g., nude pictures, links to pornographic websites, etc.
7.) The opinions expressed by any author are the sole opinions of that author and in no way reflect the opinions of SpeakAboutIt.com or it’s staff.
